Field Training Unit

Onaizah Colleges are steadily and diligently striving to provide outstanding education for the sons and daughters of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Qassim region. The Colleges have achieved numerous and diverse accomplishments that reflect the quality of strategic planning and the commitment of all units to carrying out their assigned responsibilities in accordance with the Job Description Manual. One of these units is the Field Training Unit. Training is a goal-oriented process that aims to develop competencies relevant to professional fields and practical life. It provides students with opportunities to participate in identifying and analyzing their field-specific development needs, in addition to gaining practical experience and real-world knowledge. Academic supervisors play a vital role in supporting and guiding students throughout their training by ensuring effective training experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Distributing students among various training sites.
  • Standardizing field training procedures across the different academic departments.
  • Monitoring the implementation of the tasks and requirements outlined in the Field Training Manual.
  • Maintaining continuous communication with various training organizations.
  • Developing and updating field training regulations, mechanisms, and procedures.
  • Regularly organizing and conducting workshops to train students in ways that support and enhance the Colleges’ field training program.
