E-learning Unit

 

It is a special unit for e-learning، It seeks to promote e-learning at the college level to reach local and international leadership through the development of executive plans and programs that organize the work of e-learning, whether for students or faculty members.

 

 

 

Blackboard system management:

Tasks:
  1. Preparation of the operational plan ( Quarterly) For the e-learning unit .

  2. Managing the blackboard e-learning system and verifying its operation and stability .

  3. Linking with the academic system (Integration) Check and upload the following data

    • Faculty members.

    • Male and female students.

    • Decisions.

    • Faculty members ' decisions.

    • Students 'and students' courses.

  4. Checking the work of the tools associated with the Blackboard system.

  5. Linking external tools to the Blackboard system, testing them and making sure they work.

  6. System interface settings and change its design when needed.

  7. Building a query command to query certain data from the databases of the Blackboard system.

  8. Responding to incoming letters related to the system.

  9. Preparation of outgoing letters related to the unit.

  10. Extract various reports from the system.

  11. Opening technical support tickets with blackboard company in case of a system problem.

  13. Adding coordinators and supervisors to follow up the educational process.

  14. Add assistant members when needed.
