Student Affairs Committee

The Student Affairs Committee was established at the College of Humanities and Administrative Studies to serve as the College’s interface and the body responsible for assisting and guiding students. This initiative reflects the College’s commitment to prioritizing its students and overcoming any obstacles they may encounter during their academic journey. In doing so, the College fulfills its mission and purpose. Furthermore, the Student Affairs Committee is a vital gateway within the College, serving as the starting point for all student-related procedures and providing answers to students' inquiries and questions.
Resopnsibilities
  • Providing students with all necessary information and guidance, and informing them of relevant regulations, bylaws, rights, and obligations.
  • Processing course add/drop procedures.
  • Providing forms for all student academic transactions, processing them in accordance with regulations and bylaws, and following up on their implementation with the relevant college departments.
  • Participating in and assisting the college’s examination committee.
  • Displaying the academic calendar and announcements related to the college and academic advising.
  • Overcoming any obstacles or difficulties students may face in any area.
  • Carrying out any tasks assigned within its scope of competence.
