As part of Onaizah Colleges’ ongoing efforts to enhance quality practices and continuous improvement, the Development Administration, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Administration, organized a workshop on Thursday, October 15, 2026, on preparing annual reports and operational plans for academic programs, with the participation of the target audience.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Bandar Alhumaidi Almutairi, the Director of the Quality Assurance Administration, who reviewed the mechanisms for automating annual report data and completing activities, implementing the DTI methodology, developing academic program improvement plans, and preparing and automating operational plans.
Mr. Mujahid Farouq Alqutb, the Chair of the Committee for Monitoring Academic Programs’ Operational Plans at the Quality Assurance Administration, also delivered a presentation on the new mechanism for preparing operational plans and monitoring their implementation through the automated electronic system. He explained how the system streamlines procedures, updates data, tracks achievement levels, and enhances monitoring efficiency.
The workshop emphasized the importance of adhering to the approved mechanisms for preparing annual reports and operational plans, accurately completing data and activities, and utilizing electronic systems to monitor performance and measure achievement levels. These efforts contribute to improving academic program performance, advancing digital transformation, and achieving quality objectives and institutional excellence.
