The Board of Trustees of Onaizah Colleges held its final regular meeting for the academic year 1447 AH on Thursday, 2026/08/20. The meeting was chaired by H.E. Dr. Abdullah Saleh Alshetiwi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and attended by H.E. Dr. Adnan Saud Alyahya, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees; H.E. Prof. Ahmad Bader Altamimi, The Representative of the General Secretariat of the Council of Universities Affairs; as well as the Colleges’ Deans and all Board members.
During the meeting, the Board reviewed and discussed a number of items included on the agenda. These included the approval of the Colleges’ bylaws, the annual achievement reports for the academic year, the establishment and approval of a number of academic departments, the revision of the names of certain colleges, and several memoranda of understanding, in addition to other matters related to the academic and administrative affairs of the Colleges.
The meeting reflects the Board of Trustees’ commitment to fulfilling its supervisory and strategic role in supporting institutional and academic development at Onaizah Colleges. It also underscores the Board’s continued efforts to enhance the quality of the Colleges’ outcomes, achieve their strategic objectives, and advance their institutional performance in alignment with the requirements and aspirations of the next phase.
