The rapid successive changes in our world and what is included in the kingdom's vision 2030 Urgent needs are imposed on us to review, update, develop and innovate, by introducing various departments such as the investment department to ensure the continuity of excellence and keep pace with the challenges in the labor markets locally and regionally.

The investment department represents the competent authority to develop the investment strategy and priorities and seek to improve the investment climate in the colleges, and propose investment opportunities with the relevant authorities in order to diversify and develop their resources to spend on their educational, research and community programs.

At Unaiza colleges, we aim to contribute a pivotal and distinctive role as one of the academic edifices in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in leading the stage of national development and transformation launched by the custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - God save him - It is led ably and efficiently by His Highness The Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. This is what prompted us to establish the investment department at Unaiza colleges in response to the challenges facing educational institutions in general and universities in particular, and the growing needs and expectations of society from the activities and services of colleges and the need of colleges at the same time to develop their activities and improve the quality of their services and outputs by diversifying their sources of income in line with market mechanisms and the rules of the free economy.

 

Tasks:
  • Develop the operational plan in accordance with the strategic plan.

  • Studying the investment offers submitted by investors to invest facilities in colleges.

  • Proposing ideas for the investment of buildings, lands and facilities of colleges, and implementing feasibility studies related to them.

  • Innovating and finding new investment opportunities to put them up for investment in order to increase the colleges ' revenues.

  • Marketing promising investment projects in colleges to investors.

  • Coordinating with other departments and competent authorities in the colleges to provide the required information on investment sites to be included in the investment and Resource Development Plan.

  • Preparing the annual report of the operational plan including weaknesses, strengths, improvements and necessary recommendations and submitting it to the deputy general supervisor.
