In collaboration with the Administation of Development, the Quality Assurance Administation held a training session on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, focusing on the mechanisms for evaluating faculty members within the colleges’ Quality Management System. The session targeted program directors, quality committees, and quality units in both the College of Humanities and Administrative Studies and the College of Engineering and Information Technology.

The session was delivered by the Director of the Quality Assurance Administation, Dr. Bandar Al-Humaidi Al-Mutairi. It included a comprehensive review of performance evaluation mechanisms, the role of evaluation in quality enhancement, department chair evaluations, peer evaluations, and feedback processes in assessment.

This session is part of an ongoing series of periodic training programs, workshops, and meetings aimed at promoting a culture of quality and accreditation among faculty and staff of both genders. These efforts are aligned with the operational plan of the Quality Assurance Administation and are intended to support the colleges’ mission and strategic objectives.
