Deputy Dean of the College of Humanitarian and Administrative StudiesDr. Saer Abdullah Alhaysoni |
In light of the vision of Onaizah Colleges, the College of Humanities and Administrative Studies continues to perform its role within the same institutional framework, aspiring to excellence and leadership in private higher education in the fields of the humanities and administrative sciences, while strengthening its social responsibility. Guided by this orientation, the College has given particular attention to activating the operational plan as a fundamental pillar for achieving the strategic objectives of Onaizah Colleges. The activities of the plan are managed according to a methodology that emphasizes innovation in initiatives, enhancement of efficiency and effectiveness, cost rationalization, and continuous efforts to improve the work environment and reduce errors, with the aim of attaining the highest standards of quality and discipline. The College also seeks to institutionalize the principles of partnership and equity in participation by engaging various academic and administrative departments and units across both the male and female sections. These efforts reflect ambitious aspirations that receive ongoing support and close follow-up from the Colleges’ leadership, foremost among them the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Deputy Chairman, as they pray to Almighty God for success and guidance, and for the achievement of further accomplishments and excellence for the College.
