On Thursday 01/16/2025, the Quality Assurance Administration held a meeting to introduce the role of the faculty member in updating and developing the course, in cooperation with the Development Administration.

On Wednesday 01/15/2025, the Quality Assurance Administration held a meeting with program directors and quality committees in colleges. This meeting included introducing the planning mechanism at the course and program level, tools for measuring the quality of various courses, measuring course learning outcomes, and sources of improvement recommendations in the course report, developing plans based on teaching recommendations and quality reports with the aim of closing the quality circle at the course and program levels.

On Tuesday 12/03/2024, the Quality Assurance Administration held an introductory meeting with male and female faculty members of the colleges to explain and discuss the mechanisms for measuring course learning outcomes on the electronic quality system.

On Monday 11/25/2024, the Quality Assurance Administration held an introductory meeting with college students from different levels. This meeting included an introduction to the concept of quality and accreditation, and its importance to the student in the colleges' academic programs, with a focus on the student's role in quality processes, which include interaction with opinion polls and participation in quality committees. This meeting was presented by His Excellency the Director of the Quality Assurance Administration, Dr. Bandar Al-Humaidi Al-Mutairi.
