Unaiza colleges are keen on media communication with the external community in order to link the bonds of relations, exchange experiences and deliver the activities, events and occasions of the colleges in a documented manner and from their primary source, through the Department of relations and media, as well as the official spokesman of the colleges, His Excellency the general supervisor, as follows :

  1. Prepared (Application form for publication of informational material) The aim is to verify the source and validity of the information, and to adjust the wording and validity of the news published in the media and to be approved by the authority in the requesting entity to publish the news.

  2. The employee of the media unit reviews the news by all means of publishing about what is published about the colleges and making sure that what is published about the colleges from other parties is correct, as well as promoting what is published about the colleges through the official college accounts.

  3. The relations department arranges and organizes with external parties in the event of an invitation to one of the college leaders to attend an external event, and coordinates with the external party with everything related to the attendance of the leaders.

  4. The media department covers all the activities of the internal and external colleges, documents them through photos and videos and publishes them through the official electronic college accounts, the portal of the electronic colleges and local newspapers in order to highlight the activity of the colleges to the community and external parties.

  5. The publication of the information to be communicated to external stakeholders should be issued by the relations and media department only, without other internal departments, after reviewing and verifying its authenticity, in order to prevent the publication of information randomly and may be erroneous or inaccurate.

  6. Determine the appropriate time to publish information and share it with external stakeholders and identify the targets for this information to give its expected media impact.

  7. If it appears to the colleges that one of the media outlets has published incorrect news and has not responded appropriately to the colleges ' responses and clarifications, they should promptly resort to the relevant authority to adjudicate such cases and file a lawsuit against the media organization and the journalist in accordance with the regulations and instructions.
