The Professional Development Department, in cooperation with the beneficiaries, develops an annual plan for professional development in colleges, professional development programs in colleges during the academic year, distributed over two semesters. They include the following:

  • The dates of these programs are according to the weeks of each semester.

  • Places of their implementation.

  • Target group.


  1. The plan is approved by the authorized person and circulated at the beginning of the academic year.

  2. Each entity sets its own development programs contained in the management plan in a schedule.

  3. The entity informs the Professional Development Department one week before the program contract, to confirm its contract, postpone or cancel, stating the justifications in case of postponement or cancellation, and requesting any support the program needs.

  4. The executors of the programs are selected (Coaches) Design of training content

  5. Provide the entity (Professional development department) A report on the program includes (Daily attendance record - Evaluation of the participants of the program - Photos and videos about the activity (Media coverage of the activity)).

  6. The Department prepares periodic reports (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual) About the professional development programs at the University and submit them to the vice chancellor of the University for presentation to the University Council and approval.
