  • Prepare programs and training courses for graduates.

  • Organize the "Open Day" for graduates.

  • Organize a "Professional Day" in the colleges.

  • Update alumni data permanently and continuously.

  • Know the addresses and work locations of all graduates.

  • Communicate with alumni officials at their work sites.

  • Know the weaknesses and strengths of university graduates through communication with their direct officials at work and their impressions.

  • Activate social networks and the alumni page on the colleges' website.


Unit Objectives:
  • Create a database and information about graduates and communicate with them wherever they are.

  • Communicate with male and female graduates through various means of communication to build a true partnership between the college's programs and its graduates.

  • Link graduation projects to the labor market and developing the skills of graduates in the professional development of the college programs.

  • Guide graduates professionally and informing them of jobs and job opportunities by announcing them on the colleges' website.

  • Participation of graduates in the colleges' activities, events and employing their expertise and capabilities in evaluating and developing the college's programs.

  • Activate the Alumni Club and holding periodic meetings with the graduates to develop it.

  • Effective and continuous communication with recruitment and vocational training agencies.
