Responsibilities of the Student Toward the Academic Advisor:
  • The student is responsible for meeting with the academic advisor during the period of addiction and drops to assist him in preparing the schedule and selecting appropriate courses according to the academic plan.

  • The student must review the university handbook and know the academic regulations and all requirements of the academic program.

  • The student should consult the academic advisor and develop an alternative study plan if circumstances arise such as (withdrawal, failure, or change of specialization) to ensure the completion of all graduation requirements.

  • The student is supposed to communicate with his academic advisor, especially during the registration period.

  • The student must review his academic advisor and the rules and regulations in all matters related to the academic career, especially in cases of registration, adding courses, withdrawing from the university, and making academic decisions. The academic advisor directs the student to the relevant office.

  • The student must have a high degree of academic awareness that makes him qualified to assume responsibility and respect university norms.
